We believe we have an obligation to stop climate change, and reducing carbon emission to zero will have a big impact. We want to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2040, a decade ahead of the Paris Climate Agreement, to achieve this target we are embedding the environment into the heart of our business. Organisationally we have agreed to the following Environmental / Climate commitments:
The Climate Pledge
The Climate Pledge is a call to businesses and organizations to take collective action on the world’s greatest crisis and to work together to build towards a safe and healthy planet for the next generations. Signatories of the Pledge commit to three areas of Action: Regular Reporting, Carbon Elimination, Credible Offsets.
Accredited Environmental Management System
We are working towards establishing an Environmental Management System at the core of our business that conforms to International Standard 14001. ISO 14001 sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and can be certified. It maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system. Designed for any type of organization, regardless of its activity or sector, it can provide assurance to company management and employees as well as external stakeholders that environmental impact is being measured and improved.
